The policy allows members who are unsatisfied with their initial pair of underwear or socks to request a different size or style, or a full refund with no return required.

Loyalty Program

Return Policy
Mack Weldon offers a Try On Guarantee for initial purchases for account members to exchange a different size or style within 30 days of the purchase receipt.
Members also have the option of requesting a full refund without a return.
For other inquiries into exchanges, gift exchanges, full refunds, or store credit, the product must be unused and in the original packaging. A claim can then be made within 30 days of the purchase receipt through the Orders & Returns page on the members account dashboard.
Note: Exchanges can currently only be made in the U.S. Canadians are required to return the original item and place a new order when making an exchange.
