GREATS gives you 21 days from the shipment date to return or exchange product. Sneakers must be in new or unworn condition with the original packaging. This includes shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, hangtags and everything that came in the original package. Customers in the continental US get free returns.

I have now bou ght 3 pairs of Greats. The originals in black two years ago and then more recently, one knit (royale) and an all leather. Honestly, overrated poor made for the price. My first pair (which they excused as defective because they were a new company and since had improved) the sole fell apart quickly. The knit pair after 4 wearings the seams separated. I have only worn the all leather once. They also are NOT very customer friendly when trying to address these concerns. DON’T BUY
I had the same experience with my second pair. The shoes are cool, but a lot of shoes are cool. I want to give my money to a reputable company. The shoes I purchased the second time, didn’t fit… it’s been 6 weeks since I sent them back and nothing has happened. I don’t think I’ll get the correct size or my refund, and customer service isn’t service oriented at all. It takes me a lot to write a bad review, but these people have stung me pretty bad financially and their whole easy return process is a lie. Expect to never get your money back should you receive the shoes and they don’t fit? Etc…..
