They actually lie to you. 4 weeks in a row I received food that was late and spoiled because of FedEx delays which are all too common. I was promised each week that I would be upgraded to next day delivery to prevent it and each week, same story. They even called and promised it in addition to emailing me that commitment. Their email reps used canned replies, each time, acting like it’s some big deal that they are refunding your money for sending your spoiled food that you have to get rid of. While the problem is with FedEx, the response from Factor is definitely sub-par and worst than any other service I have used.
