What sizes does BYLT Basics have?
Men’s BYLT sizing ranges from XS-XXL. Women’s BYLT sizing ranges from XS-L. There are size charts available for each product and measurements may differ depending on the product. Note also that not all products will come in all sizes.
How do you clean BYLT shirts?
For the best quality care, machine wash your shirts in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach and do not iron.
How long does BYLT take to ship?
During the holiday season, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process orders. It normally takes 1-2 business days for processing.
For US orders, purchases over $100 come with free shipping. All other orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $5. You can choose to have your parcel shipped via USPS Priority for a shipping cost of $20. USPS standard transit time is between 4-7 business days, and priority is between 2-3 business days.
Delivery time to Canada is up to 30 business days. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $15. For international orders, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Note that customs and duties may be charged upon delivery. BYLT is not responsible for these.

What is BYLT Basics’s Return Policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged. For any orders placed after November 24, 2020, you will have 60 days from the day of purchase to your return or exchange your products.
You can only exchange or return if:
- Items were not worn and they are in new and unused conditions. (This includes underwear and activewear)
- Items were not washed
- Items have all original tags attached and intact
You can use your shipping method for returns or use the BYLT Basics service for a $10 flat fee. There is no fee for exchanges. If you have more than one order to process, they must be packaged separately.
