Return Policy
BauBax’s return policy is hassle free. All requests, fees, and processes may vary depending on the location and value of requested orders. For your convenience, this BauBax clothing & shoes review will take you through the process of completing a return.
BauBax offers free 30-day returns, although clearance sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once the return is processed, it takes approximately 5-7 business days for the refund to be shown in your account. Multiple infraction with no shipping for months and not willing to refund
I had quite the disastrous experience with Baubax via the Kickstarter program for their new travel pants. I ordered them in May 2019 and they were to ship in August 2019. As the date came closer, I started to receive emails from Baubax with various reasons why they could not meet that ship date. The date kept getting moved out and out. The reasons were generic and it appeared to me that they were having manufacturing issues and other issues and weren’t being straight with their customers.
I finally received the in early January 2020, and, I was severely disappointed in these pants as they were touted as the best travel pants ever!!! I really was looking forward to wearing these pant but the fit was not good (the amount of material between the crotch and the waistband was excessive and to wear them without the material bunching up, I would have had to hike them up to my navel! No kidding. also, the combination material was advertised as super soft and, again, they were not, it felt like there was some sort of coating on the exterior of the pants. Also, the pockets would flare out when I put the pants on due to the way the pockets were cut. Just terrible!
But, my issues with Baubax’s customer service didn’t end there. I attempted to return the pants and their email stated that they would start returns in three weeks (late January) due to Baubax wanting to focus on shipments. Three weeks came and went and no replies to my emails asking for a RMA # so I could return the pants (there was not other way to return them via their website so I was at the mercy of someone sending me the RMA).
After two weeks of this nonsense, I went to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Within a couple of days, I had a response from Baubax apologizing for the “delay” in getting back to me and they also supplied a RMA #. I dutifully shipping the pants back and I paid for the shipping. And, I waited for the refund to hit my credit card.
And waited and waited some more. And, you guessed it, no response to my emails regarding the credit. When I finally got a response they said it would take three more weeks. That was the last straw! I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. My credit card company gave me an immediate adjustment to my card since I had used a tracking number for my return and I knew the day and date that it was received by Baubax.
Baubax disputed my claim, even though I had proof of the return! Finally, my credit card company gave me the final refund and it was done, nine months from the time that I ordered the pants!
Now I notice that the link to the customer reviews on their website is not active. Gee, I wonder why?
Which Better Business site did you use? I am still trying to get a RMA since January and they won’t send me one.
Very poor and inaccessible customer service, issues with no help on returns or credit. Started 3/10 with first email and 3 emails latter 5/22 and not helpful or taking returns/refund.

I agree it has become a scam. I ordered 2 pair of pants and neither fit even close.. I have been trying to return to exchange or refund since the day I received them which was January. Excuse after excuse. Just tried again yesterday and I received a new message that they have new investors and will get back to me when I can exchange. Crap it has taken them 6 freaking months to get their crap together and it still isn’t.
