Company reviews are shallow. Consumer complaints range from slow to reduced delivery times to inadequate customer support and service. Of the 165 reviews posted, over 60% were from customers reporting some issues with either the products, shipping or a combination of. Happy Socks may have to change their name if this trend continues.

Why We Like Happy Socks

Happy Socks Review 5
@happysocks

We like Happy Socks due to the designs, patterns, and mixture of colors. Looking at a pair of Happy Socks brings an automatic smile to your face. Where some may consider these socks to be unusual, we think these socks are inspirational, releasing a free-spirit that is waiting to be discovered. It is time for a change, and Happy Socks is the beginning.

What We Think Could Improve

There are many areas of Happy Socks in general that need to be improved. Starting with customer service, the implementation of a supportive and responsive customer support center will increase sales and keep customers happy. In addition, a means to contact a rebuilt customer support center must be posted on the company website. At this moment in time, there appears to be no contact information available other than social media means.

Company reviews have a strong need for improvement. Consumers rely on other consumer reviews for information before ordering. An influx of negative reviews may well be the beginning to the end of any business.

Final Thoughts

Every company relies on sales for growth and expansion. Case in point is Happy Socks. Although they produce a good and reliable product, many areas need improvement for continued growth. Correcting problems areas regardless of the degree of difficulty should be addressed with a positive outcome.

Avoid avoid avoid. Their products are not displayed accurately on the website so they can be a very different colour to what you expected. Their returns policy is awful and done in such away to make very difficult to return. Complaints are done through an AI bot who has set replies. Finally escalated it to a real person via email who told me the website colour was wrong but that is just my bad luck. Refuse to accept responsibility and refuse to pay returns for their mistakes. There are better socks out there made by companies who actually care about their customers and not just their profit. Will never buy from them again

Christopher W, do you mean you got sent a different colour combination to what was shown on the website, or that the colour combination was correct, but looked different to what you saw on your device?

I like the fit, feel and look of the socks, but they have no longevity.
I bought 4 pair of Happy socks about 6 months ago and wear them in an office environment. They have all have holes in the heels now. Also, they were not the only socks that I was wearing. They were mixed in with about 10-15 other pairs of work socks that have all lasted much longer than Happy Socks.

I bought the cutest rainbow happy socks. I’ve worn them 4 times and there are two holes on the bottom.
So lame.
