Dime Beauty’s products are made in Utah. The only exceptions are the Volume Mascara, Power Patch, and lip stains, which are made overseas as the brand does not have the necessary facilities available in the US. Dime assures customers that its manufacturing partner is FDA-approved and -regulated.
Is Dime vegan and cruelty-free?
We said it a number of times above, but we don’t mind saying it again! Yes, all Dime Beauty products are vegan and cruelty-free.
What is Dime’s Shipping Policy?
All US orders of $49 or more are eligible for free shipping; for orders less than that amount, standard shipping rates will apply. Deliveries are made via USPS or DHL, and shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout if the customer wishes.
For international orders (excluding the EU and the UK), the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Interestingly, though, Dime Beauty is one of the few companies we’ve seen that offers to cover even a portion of customs duties and taxes—an impressive 80%!
